At Witts End Custom Designs, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted and personalized products. We strive to ensure every item meets our standards for quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Please note: Product images are for reference purposes. Slight variations in color, wood grain, texture, pattern, finish, engraving, print placement, and overall appearance may occur due to natural material characteristics and individual production processes.
Actual product dimensions may vary slightly from listed measurements. Colors may also appear different depending on screen settings, lighting, and the materials used.
Because many of our products are individually crafted, laser engraved, laser cut, or UV printed, minor variations are normal and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

At Witts End Custom Designs, we take pride in creating high-quality, personalized products made specifically for our customers. Each custom order receives careful attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality.
By placing a personalized or custom order, customers acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
Personalization & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization details submitted with their order are accurate, including:
- Names, initials, dates, and spelling
- Custom messages, wording, and punctuation
- Selected colors, fonts, sizes, and design options
- Uploaded photographs, logos, and artwork
- Shipping and contact information
We reproduce personalization details as submitted or as approved by the customer. Witts End Custom Designs is not responsible for errors originating from incorrect customer-provided information.
Design Proofs & Approval
For certain custom orders, we may provide a digital design proof for customer review before production.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details before production begins.
- Digital proofs are representations of the final design and may not perfectly reflect actual colors, textures, or materials.
- Production may begin after customer approval.
- Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or may not be possible.
- Not all personalized products include a design proof unless specifically stated.
Product & Material Variations
Because our products are individually crafted using laser engraving, laser cutting, UV printing, and other production methods, slight variations may occur.
These may include differences in:
- Wood grain, knots, natural patterns, and color
- Slate, stone, ceramic, and acrylic characteristics
- Print colors, engraving depth, and surface texture
- Product dimensions and material thickness
- Artwork placement and finishing details
These natural and production-related variations are not considered defects when they fall within reasonable quality standards.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand that plans sometimes change.
- Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible.
- Orders may be modified or canceled before production begins, subject to any nonrecoverable costs already incurred.
- Once production has started, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
- Additional charges may apply to approved changes requiring new materials, artwork, or production work.
Please contact us promptly if you need to request a change.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer, returns or refunds for change of mind are generally not accepted once production has begun.
However, we stand behind the quality of our work.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design or order specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
We will review the concern and, when appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.
This policy does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Customer-Provided Artwork & Copyright
Customers submitting photographs, logos, trademarks, artwork, or other designs confirm that they own the content or have permission to use it for the requested product.
Witts End Custom Designs reserves the right to decline orders involving artwork or content that may violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
Customers remain responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses for submitted content.
Production & Shipping Times
Production times vary based on product type, customization requirements, order quantity, material availability, and current workload.
- Estimated production and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
- Shipping times are separate from production times.
- Large or bulk orders may require additional processing time.
- Delays may occur due to material availability, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Bulk & Special Orders
Large-volume, corporate, wholesale, and special-request orders may require additional terms, including:
- A deposit or full payment before production
- Written approval of final artwork and specifications
- Minimum order quantities
- Special production timelines
- Individually agreed cancellation and refund conditions
Any additional terms will be communicated before the order is finalized.
